Resident is responsible for the pad, and the move and set up of their home. We will cover the cost for any required electrical inspection.

We currently have some vacant lots that will easily accommodate any size singlewide home. Our double wide sites are all full. Once approved, you can choose from the vacant lots we currently have available. Our move-in special helps make moving more affordable. We have worked with most all area dealers and are happy to assist them to make your move smooth as possible. If you need a mover, we can refer you to a reputable local home mover that is experienced and insured. He can handle the pad installation, move, and set-up.
